If you’re anything like me dressing for fall can sometimes be a challenge. I am not a fan of the cold, especially when getting dressed first thing in the morning. I’ve always been ( or try to be) the person who plans outfits in advance, but sometimes on those cold fall mornings all you are warm enough to do is reach for a sweater or jacket and throw it over something simple. Below I’ve shown 4 simple ways to still look work appropriate while staying warm and of course ( and most importantly )…fashionable.
ATS Fall Look #1.)
Can’t part with your spring/summer skirts yet? No problem!..Just pair them with a turtle neck sweater to warm up your look and take it from summer to fall.
( Sweater, Similar Skirt Here ..also love this one, Earrings, Similar Bag, Sunnies )
ATS Fall Look #2.)
Toss your favorite oversized sweater over a pair of leggings or leather pants to warm up on those cool fall mornings.
(Similar sweater, leather pants -VW old collection- similar here, similar suede boots here)
ATS Fall Look #4.)
Bomber Jackets are very popular this fall. On those warmer fall days, lose the sweater and throw on a lightweight bomber jacket.
I love this one by Zadig & Voltaire ( on sale now at ShopBop) or rent it here.

Now it’s pretty full on fall around here in Noho with 65 degree days and even chillier nights, but I am not complaining, I love fall! Fall is my favorite time of the year, everything smells fresh, the scents of the season like pumpkin spice and apple fills the air and it’s finally time to cozy up in your favorite sweaters! Now I am a big fan of sweaters, from oversized fits to turtleneck styles, I love them all! You will even see me wearing sweaters in the spring and summer, I know I said summer, but when you work in an office that is always pumping air conditioning and you tend to always be cold, you bring out the sweaters, and I have some great wraps that have really saved the day!
One of my favorite parts about the fall season is finding new cozy sweaters and rediscovering old favorites. I found this V-back cream sweater and fell in love with how cozy and comfortable it is while still holding that sexy stylish look at the same time – with a combo like comfort and style, you can’t go wrong! I love pairing an oversized cozy sweater with a tight fit pant, like these faux leather leggings. Complete this look with a choker necklace and Peep-toe boot that will add just enough glam to take this outfit from lounging on the couch to drinks with your best gal pals!
Another style I love is a woven poncho over a simple top, combine it with a pair of jeans rolled at the bottom and your favorite fall booties. This style to me, is just classic. It’s such an easy combination and one that doesn’t require too much “thinking”. This style is simple, classic and easy, and even better it’s comfortable – two outfits with a combo of comfort and style, we are really nailing it today people!
We are so happy that Fashion Fabulous Fall is here, and even more excited that some great travel is also on the way for both ATS and I. Keep your eye out for traveling tips to some pretty wonderful destinations. Until then, enjoy your easy, comfortable and Fashionably Fabulous Fall styles!
