New Jersey native. NYC by work day. Massachusetts’s girl at heart.
I often sit back and spend my spare time reflecting. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I look back at my life thus far, take a deep breath and thank God for how truly lucky I’ve been. I have always been the girl who carried around a video camera, iPhone, my sony camera, you name it….anything and everything to document all the lovely moments going on around me. These special moments (Just to name a few: dance parties with my best friends, weddings, traveling the world, countless trips to Disney, the days I took home my dogs, the births of my friends children, my senior year of college, watching my siblings grow up), I like to call this “my life’s special memory capsule.” Each of those moments and experiences I capture have changed me and made me who I am today. Some have challenged me and hurt me– but most of those moments will always be kept in a special place in my heart. As I sit here and look back, I can not help but smile, as most of those past memories I am lucky enough to say have been some of the most amazing times of my life. That entire memory reel is what has led me here today and I CANNOT wait to share a piece of that with all of YOU. Cheers to my favorite “F” words: Family, Friends & of course…FASHION.

Lives in Noho, Works in Noho, Plays in Noho!
When it comes to fashion, the color pink, anything glitter and shoes (most importantly shoes!) I am what some would consider: obsessed! I am a shopping addicted, girly girl, whose worst fear is wasting a good outfit on a boring day. When my time isn’t being spent with my incredibly handsome and sweet husband Robert, I am stalking blogs, critiquing celebrities, and gabbing with my girlfriends about the latest trends. During one of these gab sessions, with my favorite fashion friend, Ashley (ATS), we thought, “Wouldn’t it be fun to live a life of fashion?” and then it happened – Soho2Noho was born!
I moved to Northampton, Massachusetts (Noho) with my husband after graduating with my M.Ed. from Springfield College. Springfield College is also where I received my B.A. in Psychology and where I first met ATS (Happy Memories!) Northampton is such a lively town combining small-town ambiance with big-city offerings. It is an exciting place to live and a fun town to be a part of. Though my experience with fashion has not been taken to a professional level, I believe that my love for shopping, shoes, and lipstick will give me enough to gab about for this blog. I love sharing thoughts and idea about fashion and hope you all can find inspiration from my posts!
ATS and I look at this blog as a way to connect with our friends, not only about fashion, the latest trends, and who wore it better, but also about fun recipes we’ve tried, places we have gone, and the family & friends who make us the fashion loving, shopping addicted girls that we are. We hope you all enjoy and come back often to keep gabbing along with us!
Where did I meet ATS:
My (now) husband and her boyfriend at the time were college roommates and introduced us to one another, the rest is Fashion Love history!
Where do I live:
I grew up in CT, then moved to MA for school. I met the love of my life here, and never left! Noho is what I call home – I work here, live here, and enjoy every ounce of what it has to offer.
Item I can not leave the store without:
When shopping (which happens often) I tend to stop at the makeup counter to check out a new lipstick shade that I just can’t live without. Then I always find my way over to the shoe section – Shoes make me smile!
Colors that Inspire me:
I love the color Pink, to me it represents a flirty, fun time and it tends to brighten a room. I also have to say a splash of Glitter goes a long way!
Favorite Fashion Icon:
Gabrielle Bonheur “Coco” Chanel – How can one not be inspired by the women who invented the Little Black Dress
